  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat to ensure a beautiful char.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked bamboo skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  5. Grill the skewers for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until they are charred and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
