Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
- Combine the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract in another bowl, then mix into the dry ingredients.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto prepared baking sheets, spaced two inches apart. Flatten each ball lightly.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top before baking.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft. Cool on sheets for 5 minutes before transferring.
