  • 10 oz Rotel tomatoes drained

  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper adjust to taste
For the Binding

How to Make
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and spicy breakfast sausage. Mix well until thoroughly blended.
  3. Add in drained Rotel tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, finely chopped green onions, flour, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until combined.
  4. Using a tablespoon, scoop out about two tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls, creating about 24 bites.
  5. Place the sausage balls on a lined baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced about an inch apart.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with ranch dressing or hot sauce.
