How to Make Sausage, Rotel & Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Gently unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
- Stir the softened cream cheese into the skillet until melted. Add Rotel, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well.
- Spoon about one tablespoon of the filling at the wide end of each triangle. Roll tightly from wide to narrow.
- Place the rolled crescents on a greased baking sheet, leaving space between each roll.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with ranch dressing or salsa.
