- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a loaf pan.
- Rinse the fresh cranberries under cold water.
- Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: eggs, milk, orange juice, zest, and vanilla.
- Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing gently.
- Fold in the cranberries carefully.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Drizzle the orange glaze over the cooled bread.
