For the Citrus Glaze
  • 2 medium Fresh oranges juiced and zested
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Fresh ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper adjust to taste
For Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish by lightly coating it with nonstick spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Whisk together the orange juice, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, cayenne pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.
  4. Pour half of the glaze over the chicken in the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Drizzle the remaining glaze over the chicken, then sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds just before serving.
