How to Make Healthy Crockpot Chicken Tacos
  1. Gather your ingredients and start by chopping the red onion and bell peppers into thin slices.
  2. Layer the chicken breasts evenly in the crockpot and sprinkle the taco seasoning over them. Pour in the low-sodium chicken broth.
  3. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers on top of the chicken.
