  • 2 tablespoons Raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

  • 1/2 cup Pecans toasted

How to Make Roasted Pear and Cranberry Brussels Sprouts
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Brussels sprouts. Trim the ends and slice them in half, then rinse and pat them dry.
  3. Combine the ingredients in a large bowl. Toss Brussels sprouts, pears, cranberries, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Add pecans in the last five minutes of roasting if desired.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
