How to Make Roasted Pear and Cranberry Brussels Sprouts
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Brussels sprouts. Trim the ends and slice them in half, then rinse and pat them dry.
- Combine the ingredients in a large bowl. Toss Brussels sprouts, pears, cranberries, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Add pecans in the last five minutes of roasting if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
