For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Sour cream adds creaminess and a tangy flavor
  • 3 cloves Fresh garlic minced
  • 1 cup Low-sodium chicken broth for a flavorful sauce
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme pairs wonderfully

Preparation
  1. Trim any excess fat from the chicken breasts and season them generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and sauté until they turn golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic, cooking it until fragrant for about 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in the sour cream, chicken broth, dried thyme, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until smooth.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over each piece. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
