Preparation
- Trim any excess fat from the chicken breasts and season them generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and sauté until they turn golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic, cooking it until fragrant for about 30 seconds.
- Stir in the sour cream, chicken broth, dried thyme, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over each piece. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
