Preparation Steps
- Prepare your crockpot by plugging it in and setting it to low.
- Rinse and pat dry the mushrooms before trimming tough stems if necessary.
- Add mushrooms to the crockpot along with garlic, melted butter, chicken broth, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
- Stir gently to coat mushrooms evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours until tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra parmesan if desired.
