Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup a breeze.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese generously, add pepperoni slices or chosen veggies, and dried oregano.
- Roll tightly from one edge to form a log shape and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Arrange the pinwheels cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
