How to Make Soft Batch Cookies
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line your baking sheets with parchment paper.

- In another mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, cream cheese, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Mix in the large egg and vanilla extract into the butter mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, mixing gently until just combined.
- Toss the semi-sweet chocolate chips into the dough, folding them in until evenly distributed.
- Use a cookie scoop or your hands to scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set while the centers remain soft.
- Allow the cookies to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
