Chocolate Layers
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
Topping
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare your muffin tin by placing festive muffin liners in each cup.
  2. Melt half of the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Spoon the melted dark chocolate into each muffin liner, filling them halfway.
  4. Melt the remaining dark chocolate chips and pour this second layer over the first in each cup.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle this over the top of each cup.
  6. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candy over each cup while the chocolate is still warm.
  7. Chill your Peppermint Bark Cups in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
