Preparation
- Prepare your muffin tin by placing festive muffin liners in each cup.
- Melt half of the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Spoon the melted dark chocolate into each muffin liner, filling them halfway.
- Melt the remaining dark chocolate chips and pour this second layer over the first in each cup.
- Melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle this over the top of each cup.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candy over each cup while the chocolate is still warm.
- Chill your Peppermint Bark Cups in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
