Method
 

Directions

  3. Dip each slice of brioche into the custard mixture for 2-3 minutes per side.

  6. Sprinkle remaining granulated sugar on top and caramelize with a kitchen torch.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving, then dust with powdered sugar.
