How to Make Crockpot Salsa Chicken
  1. Rinse black beans under cold water and drain well.
  2. Layer chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Pour salsa generously over the chicken.
  4. Add the rinsed black beans and frozen corn; mix gently.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Shred the cooked chicken with two forks and mix it back into the sauce.
