How to Make Pumpkin Chocolate Brownie Cheesecake
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix the brownie layer by combining melted butter and sugars until well blended. Stir in cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until smooth, then fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Beat the cream cheese until creamy. Gradually add the pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, and nutmeg, whisking until smooth.
  5. Remove the brownies from the oven and pour the pumpkin cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer. Drop dollops of the remaining brownie batter on top.
  6. Bake for an additional 30-35 minutes, or until set in the center. Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least four hours.
